First, I should probably mention that I love Newcastle. So maybe I am biased in saying this, but their Facebook page makes me giddy with joy. With over 364,000 likes, the page is a haven for Newcastle lovers like me.
Aside from the delicious, refreshing, lip-smacking ale (this thing could write itself, I tell ya), Newcastle’s page is just as deliciously clever. Humor works for them. It is “on-brand” and resonates with fans. It also has me interacting with this page more than any other brand on Facebook. Take a look at some of their content.
And when their Get Rewarded app wasn’t working, they did this to neutralize their audience. Genius, I tell you! Genius!
