    Thanks for the great thoughts. The only caveat that I’d throw out there is that it might be best to respond to complaints off-line or directly because adding a comment online can give additional “juice” to the negative item. But it’s a fine line to navigate.

      We completely agree! We find that we have to use our best judgement when it comes to either taking it offline immediately or responding on the post. It’s always good to post back publicly so that other users don’t see a complaint with no response from the company.
